Terms
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These terms describe, at a high level, how the VEROXA service works and what practices can expect when using it. By using VEROXA, a practice agrees to these terms.
The service
VEROXA provides an AI receptionist that can be embedded on a dental practice's website. The assistant is trained on the content of the practice's own website — its treatments, prices, opening hours and policies — so it can answer common patient questions and capture enquiries around the clock.
Responses depend on website content
The assistant answers using information taken from the practice's website. It does not invent details it hasn't been given. This means the quality, accuracy and completeness of its answers depend directly on the content, clarity and up-to-dateness of the practice's website. If a website is outdated, incomplete or ambiguous, the assistant's answers will reflect that.
Practices are responsible for keeping their website content accurate, and for reviewing captured enquiries before relying on them for clinical or scheduling decisions. VEROXA is a support tool for patient communication and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement.
Setup and maintenance
Onboarding a practice typically involves an initial setup — reading and training on the practice's website — followed by ongoing maintenance to keep the assistant working as the website and practice details change over time.
Service terms and pricing may change
VEROXA is an evolving product. Features, functionality, service terms and pricing may change as the product develops. Where changes materially affect an existing client, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice before they take effect.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used in any way that is unlawful, that misrepresents a practice's services to patients, or that attempts to interfere with the assistant's intended operation.
Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the assistant may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. VEROXA is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Ending the service
Either party may end a practice's use of VEROXA in line with the arrangement agreed at signup. On termination, the assistant will be removed from the practice's website and associated data handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
